NanoLoop

NanoLoop is the first reference design for 5G-(N)TN IoT devices, featuring an integrated chip loop antenna with 89% efficiency and allows rapid size adjustment to evaluate antenna efficiency, making it ideal for developing small IoT devices where RF-performance is critical.

Why NanoLoop?

NanoLoop delivers 89% antenna efficiency with a magnetic H-field loop antenna that eliminates hand effects common in traditional chip antennas. Developers can test the impact of ground-plane size on RF performance, adjusting it from 140 mm down to 85 mm without changing the matching network. With a compact 5×6 cm form factor that can be extended with copper foil, NanoLoop supports various integrated antennas patch or magnetic (chip) and is compatible with M.2 modules for different radio technologies.

It can also be used as an external antenna by connecting  via coax cable (U.FL).
